Andie Petfield

Andie Petfield BSc MRICS MCABE trained and qualified in London working on a mix of commercial and residential property, mainly for Housing Association and Local Authority Clients. Her early career was in Lewes again working on a range of property types and for a mixed client base. She founded her own firm in 1999 before forming Appleby Petfield with Tom Appleby in 2003.

She is experienced in property valuation and survey, mainly working in the south east of England, having undertaken valuations and surveys for private panel and valuation company clients for over 30 years.

she also works with private, commercial and social landlords on purchase, maintenance and disposal of property across a range of property types throughout her career.

She has a long experience in architectural design, having worked on Housing Association, commercial and private client schemes throughout her career. The designs span from extension and alteration of period listed properties, extensions & alterations across a wide age range of property and design of new build dwellings. New build schemes from a single bespoke dwelling to ten similar units with larger schemes worked on up to planning stage.

She is experienced in providing expert witness advice to private and public sector clients and in particular The Trading Standards Service. Recent experience includes expert advice on boundary, flooding and Japanese knotweed matters

Andie is both an assessor and chairman of the Building Surveying RICS Assessment Panels for the APC and has also chaired senior professional interview panels on membership applications in Valuation, Quantity Surveying and the Built Environment.

Andie works closely with the RICS DEI team providing response, feedback and review on DEI matters in surveying. Andie also provides input into new guidance on Membership pathways.

Felicity

Felicity joined the team in 2004 fresh from college and has forged her career with us since. Having moved from full time to part time and now works remotely, to be able to look after her two children.

Felicity’s wealth of knowledge of our systems and background is invaluable

Sophie

Sophie joined us in 2006 to help Felicity and again, apart from a short spell elsewhere, has been with us since she left school. Sophie also works part time from the Heathfield Office and again, has invaluable experience for the firm. She also works part time to be with her two children in their formative years.

Tammy

Tammy originally joined the secretarial team in 2018, providing maternity cover for Felicity. Since then, Tammy has taken up the full time reins working hard to develop her own skill base. Tammy has a background in administration at the DWP and from working in a florists.

She provides day to day administration for the business and liaising with the book keeper.  She  works full time on a hybrid arrangement in the office and working remotely.

She is the principle liaison between clients and the business, making appointments and coordinating instructions and bookings.

Oskar

Oskar works part time on a hybrid arrangement undertaking drawing work and measured surveys. Oskar has been with us about 7 years and has improved his own skillset in 2D and 3D drawing over that time.

We are able to provide drawings and details on a wide range of property types in 2D and/or 3D (Revit) to suit the needs of our clients.
