Condition Report

This type of report is known as a level 1 Survey.

The report does not include a valuation. The report also excludes a reinstatement figure (for insurance re-building cost) but this can be added at a small additional cost.

The principal is that it follows a similar format to the revised HomeBuyer Report (see separate section) but can be tailored to suit specific elements of a property.

Reports will be produced on standard software and can be sent to clients in PDF format by post and e-mail.

The level and type of service will be as per a Homebuyers Report.
