Video Surveys

Appleby Petfield are experienced in undertaking video surveys on both individual and portfolio properties. Video surveys are usually provided to give clients an indication of overall construction and condition and are particularly useful where there is a portfolio of properties when the comparison of properties can be clearly seen.

Video surveys are also useful on individual properties particularly where a record of condition is necessary and are useful also for dilapidations purposes or for recording condition at the commencement of a lease or prior to major building work.

Video inspection can also be used for individual defects and defect assessment and pathology

Surveys are recorded using standard video cameras with a running commentary a may be needed. The surveys are transferred to a USB or hard drive for which any number of copies, to suit client requirements can be provided. In addition, a written summary report can be attached giving a general overview of the condition and identifying significant defects encountered.
